Tara attended college in Washington D.C. and then moved on to NYC to pursue a design career.
After 8 years in the city; and sinking her teeth into the world of design through jobs in the beauty
and magazine industry; she was called to head west. Now back on the East Coast, she has found
Wilmington to be the perfect place to indulge her love of Sun, Sand, and Surf.
