The Team

John Pinter
Founder / CEO

For over twenty years John has directly managed and been involved with some of the most successful communities and real estate projects in the country. As CEO of Red Earth Marketing, John pulls from his real estate experiences, relationships, and successes to provide tremendous insight into the world master-planned communities and new construction. He is a frequent speaker at industry events and is the author of a Franchise Document called The Playbook used in the representation of new home communities around the country. John has worked with, and been engaged by the industry’s top REITS, Capital Groups, National Home Builders and the country’s top developers. He has managed new home communities in over 25 states, the Caribbean, Central America and Canada. In addition to primary residence, home-builder centric communities, he has also been engaged to represent top amenity-based real estate projects including courses designed by Tiger Woods Designs, Jack Nicklaus Signature, Tom Watson, Arnold Palmer, Gary Player, Freddie Couples and Pete Dye. A native of Bethesda, MD, John moved to Wilmington in 1987 where he attended UNCW. During his time he fell in love with all that the Cape Fear Region has to offer. The Red Earth Marketing corporate office is based at the foot of the Wrightsville Beach draw-bridge. He is an avid boater, fisherman, and commercially rated pilot and generally loves being outdoors with his four girls.

Bryan Sartin
Business Development,
New Project Onboarding

Bryan Sartin graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. He began his career locally as marketing director for the Homes & Land magazine. He then spent five years with the Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association as director of programs and special events and adviser of the sales and marketing committee. Bryan holds a NC real estate license. He enjoys spending time with his daughter Delaney and enjoys anything around the water and good food.

Jenna Drescher
Director of Home Assets

Jenna Drescher served on active duty in the US Marine Corps for 7 years. Trained as a videographer, Jenna discovered her passion for photography and graphic design while cross training at her first duty station. After her service, Jenna graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a Communication Studies degree. Jenna volunteers with American Legion Post 10 where she officially holds the position of Post Historian and unofficially as the in-house graphic designer. Jenna enjoys spending time with her two long-haired miniature dachshunds, Peanut and Molly, and enjoys as much sun and sand as possible.

Matt Ham
Director of Digital Learning
& Culture Development

Matt Ham is a speaker, author and cofounder of YouPrint Faith & Personal Development. With passion, energy and transformative content, Matt helps build and maintain a culture of excellence and innovation among the team at Red Earth. His organization, YouPrint helps both individuals and organizations discover and develop their unique potential and express it in a more impactful way. Matt is the author of Redefine Rich a powerful testimony of how to shift our perspective to include a more holistic view of wealth. Matt speaks with organizations across the country and brings encouragement with a dynamic delivery style. Matt and his wife, Liz, live in Wilmington, North Carolina with their five children.

Madeline Pinter
Associate Home Renderings,
Floorplans

Madeline got her start with Red Earth as an intern for NC State (and John’s daughter!) Madeline works on the creation of floorplans and 3D virtual walk throughs.

Tara Weymouth
Graphic Design

Growing up in Maine, Tara Weymouth dreamed of one day being a city girl. She attended college in Washington D.C. and then moved on to The Big Apple after graduation. After 8 years in the city; and sinking her teeth into the world of design through jobs in the beauty and magazine industy; she was called to head west. Now back on the East Coast, she has found Wilmington to be the perfect place to indulge her love of Sun, Sand, and Surf.

Julianne Groom
Marketing Assistant,
Huntsville

Julianne coordinates all Huntsville, AL, marketing and office management for the team’s projects there. Her favorite team is the Atlanta Braves- “Chop On!” She is a mother of two boys and enjoys camping trips as well as practicing yoga.
